You can join and work with other members in a number of committees that we have. Committee members are an integral part of our organization, and participants in committees are recognized accordingly. Of the eight officer positions, two of the positions are open to Accounting Society members.

Beta Alpha PsiBeta Alpha Psi (BAΨ) is open to students who have met the requirements set forth by the chapter and the national office. If you are the kind of person that goes above and beyond and want something in recognition of your hard work, BAΨ is the place to go.
All prospective members of BAΨ must undergo a semester-long pledging process.

Signing up
Our organization uses BeachSYNC. It is a platform that allows us to manage all event RSVPs, memberships, hour tracking, and more. It also enables us to be a paper-less organization. Less time spent on paper work, more time spent on members.

What accounting courses count for BAΨ?
ACCT 300A, 300B, 320, 351, 400, 470, and 480. ACCT 201 and 202 do not count toward pledging requirements; however, they can be included in the calculation of your Accounting GPA. |
What can I get out of it?
All of the chapter's resources are at your disposal: Tutoring, firm tours, network events, speaking engagements, alumni connections, and more. But ultimately, it is up for you to decide how much you really gain from the experience. How do I know if this is for me?
